Responsible for day-to-day scheduling and follow-up for client services.
Main Job & Tasks/
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately Greet clients, vendors and visitors in a professional manner Create Job Orders, as required Schedule vendors (i.
e.
, plumbing, electrical, etc.
), as needed Assist with daily schedules for:
Field Techs, Internal Staff, Housekeeping, Trash and Vendors Prepare and sign out keys for Internal Staff, Housekeeping and Vendors Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) Scanning and filing, as needed Special projects, as requested Required Skills:
Experience in the service industry is required; knowledge of property management is a plus Attention to detail a must Excellent written and verbal communication including spelling and punctuation Ability to prioritize tasks Organizational master Good customer service skills Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus Job Type:
