Work closely with the Project Foremen, Landscape Designer, and Director of Construction to execute jobs Ability to work on multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail.
Maintain and care for company property, equipment, tools, and vehicles.
Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with Outerland Holdings, LLC's standards.
Other duties as assigned by the President or supervisor.

Prior masonry experience Landscape Construction Experience (preferred but not necessary) Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage time effectively and within budget.
Ability to work effectively with subcontractors or other vendors.
Ability to use and operate construction equipment and machinery safely and with ease (licensing preferred) Able to work 8-10 hour days, on Saturdays, and in inclement weather as needed Ability to regularly lift upwards of 50 lbs and operate machinery Must have a Driver's License in good standing Valid DOT Card (Hoisting License Preferred) Must be eligible to work in the US and provide supporting documentation Job Type:
