Your Role:
As the Cape House Studio Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team and cultivating an environment that promotes growth, excellence, and community within our studio.

Leadership
Management:
Lead the hiring, training, and development of front desk staff, studio leads, and other essential personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous growth.
Financial Oversight:
Strategically manage Studio budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and provide insightful financial reporting Champion Hospitality:
Ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence by championing exceptional customer service.
Studio Maintenance:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality within the studio, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment for seamless operations.
Client Engagement:
Enhance client engagement and loyalty through innovative strategies and foster a welcoming and inclusive studio culture for long-term client relationships.
Studio Strategy:
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize studio performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Collaboration:
Collaborate across departments to align studio initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless execution of programs.
Studio Growth:
Develop and execute creative strategies to acquire customers and grow revenue using digital platforms, events, and partnerships.
Operational Excellence:
Enhance efficiency and scalability by creating standardized procedures for all studio locations.
Community Activation:
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and community engagement, negotiating and managing sponsorship agreements in line with our values.

Your Profile:
Proven success in management or leadership, ideally within fitness, retail, or hospitality.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentPassion for fitness and wellness.
Flexible, solution-oriented, results-driven mindset.
Understanding of the B/SPOKE brand and culture is a plus.
Additional Expectations:
Flexible work schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hybrid setup, with approximately 50% time in-studio.
Active participation in the B/SPOKE Brand, including classes and events.
