Provide dental prophylaxis:
scaling and polishing in a busy community health practice.
Performs fluoride applications; Applies sealantsConduct hard and soft tissue examination including caries and pathology detectionTake exposure of Periapical, Bite-Wing, and Panoramic Dental RadiographsProvide patient and family educationDocument plan of care in Dentrix systemFollow OSHA and CDC Guidelines for both employee and patient safety includingMaintain patient recall system, coordinating with front desk registration staffPerforms other professional related duties and participation in ongoing trainings QualificationsPosition requires:
Current Massachusetts Dental Hygienist License and Anesthesia PermitCPR CertificateMission driven individual that enjoys working in a team based integrated model of careFlexible schedule available FT/PT hours as well as Saturday mornings
