We are in search of a Director of Construction to oversee and grow our construction team.
The construction division is made up of 2 project managers, a landscape designer, and 5 crews performing approximately $5 million dollars in revenue annually.
The Director of Construction's responsibilities include performing or delegating the following dutiesLead, manage, and hold accountable all division staffSales of all new construction leads in a detailed and organized fashionOversight of design sales and design processBusiness Development and lead generationStrategic planning for continued growth of the divisionCreating, monitoring, and reporting on KPIsCoaching, mentoring, and developing all staff within the divisionRecruiting, hiring, and firing of all staff within the divisionOversight of the installation of commercial and residential landscape construction projects, including scheduling, purchasing, pre-job planning, and oversight of active job sitesEnforcement and development of SOPs for all processes from start to finish of the project including design, sales, and executionEffective communication with clients on schedule, project progress, and change ordersManagement of fleet and equipment resources for the construction teamMaintaining a strong safety culture and training program Our employees are the cornerstone of our philosophy, and Outerland is dedicated to showing that by taking care of our employees with an outstanding benefits package, including:

General computer skillsIn-depth knowledge of landscape construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds, knowledge, and skill levels.
Estimating and sales experience, particularly in landscape constructionAbout the Company:
