PurposeThe In-House Marketing Agent provides information and an opportunity for guests, owners or members staying on property, to receive an owner update of Capital Vacations properties and sales presentation.
Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesGenerates customer excitement regarding our productInvites Owners to attend an Owner's UpdateInvites Non-Owners to attend a sales presentation for Capital VacationsAssists guests and Owners with on-site and off-site needsProvides guests and Owners with a smooth, friendly, efficient check-inexperienceUnderstands qualifications and company policies and proceduresMaintains up-to-date knowledge of the content of local shows, attractions, and locationsComplete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately, completely and legiblyResponsibly handles cashMaintains production at or above minimum performance standardsAnswers telephones-inbound and outbound callingAll other duties as assignedGeneral Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.

Experience:
High School Diploma/GEDOPC or In-House experience preferredSkills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skillsMust be highly motivated with a positive attitudeMust be able to use Microsoft Office and have knowledge of computer basicsAttention to detail and organization skillsBasic math skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSales knowledgePositive attitude and willingness to help othersFlexible schedule-nights, weekends and holidays are requiredShift:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
